Description of Services

Provides information, coordination, support and case management to those who are subject to, or are being considered for, a Community Treatment Order, as well as their substitute decision maker

Education is provided to all stakeholders. Collaboration with families and/or significant others, health care providers, and other service providers is completed with the goal of enhancing the quality of life for the client
