Description of Services

Long-term care home with 22 convalescent care beds (residential care before returning home after a hospital stay) * publicly funded * residents have access to the same services as long-stay residents * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals

bedding and furniture
laundry and housekeeping
meals
personal hygiene supplies
medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
assistance with medication and activities of daily living
recreation and social programs
