Apply through the Native Criminal, Family or Combined Courtworkers
Referrals can be made through any of the Friendship Centre Program Staff and members of the judiciary

Indigenous youth between 12-17 years of age and adults who normally reside in Thunder Bay and have committed certain minor offenses such as:

Certain offenses are never eligible for diversion, such as (but not limited to) the following:

Wheelchair Accessible

Provides an alternative justice program to the mainstream justice process

Provides an opportunity for offenders to take responsibility for their actions and actively participate in rectifying the wrong they have done

Addresses the background of the accused, including addiction issues, loss of identity, family violence and abuse
