  • Provides a program that encourages a healthy lifestyle choices, focusing on healthy eating and active living
  • Offers education on chronic disease management and prevention as it relates to healthy living
  • Supports individuals in smoking cessation
  • Offers group presentations on healthy lifestyles and partners with other programs to offer community kitchens
