Description of Services
Offers a social and recreational day program for older adults who have Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia
Provides therapeutic activities which are designed to maintain an optimal level of independent functioning in the community as long as possible
Provides respite service for caregivers
Provides the following additional services to registered clients:
Support and counseling
Caregiver support meetings
In-home assessments
Equipment loan cupboard
Assistance to access other support services
Strategies for home management
Minor health monitoring
