Description of Services

Blood pressure clinics for adults 55 and older with a chronic condition * trained staff and volunteers measure blood pressure, record results and provide information about risk factors for heart disease and stroke as well as materials on how to be more heart-healthy

Results can also be sent to family physician with authorization

First Thursday of the month - Twamley Manor Apartments, 9:30am-11:30am
Second and fourth Thursday of the month - Maitland Terrace, 2:30pm-4:30pm
Third Thursday of the month - Perth Meadows, 9:30am-11:30am
