Community and Family Services - Emergency assistance provided in the form of clothing, food, emergency accommodation, emergency transportation and emergency household items

Food Bank - Provides food items (seven to ten day supply) monthly with extra assistance according to need * offers dried and canned food, seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables, baked goods, juices, frozen meats and goods * infant food, formula, diapers

Thrift Store - Low cost used clothing and household items
