About Us

Hope’s Garden, Eating Disorders Association London, provides support and resources to individuals struggling with negative body image, low-self worth, disordered eating and eating disorders. Hope's Garden does this by providing a supportive community environment, education and resources that promote positive mental health and a strong self image. At Hope's Garden we believe that health should be measured on how we feel about ourselves internally and not by a number on a scale.
